Church Prayer from Anywhere
Cancellation Policy
Effective November 6, 2026 · 2026-11-06
How to cancel
An authorized church administrator can open Church Settings in the dashboard, find Church subscription, choose Manage billing, and cancel through Stripe. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. Signing out, removing a home-screen shortcut, deleting an email, or stopping use does not cancel a subscription. If billing is inaccessible, contact jim@gratefulconsultinggroup.com.
Current Sandbox operation
Billing is currently in Stripe Sandbox and does not charge real subscription money. Canceling a test subscription changes its billing status but does not currently interrupt prayer submissions or existing church access. Live billing and any new paid-access or record-recovery restrictions will be disclosed before they apply.
Records and queued invitations
Cancellation does not automatically delete prayer requests, church records, or uploaded contact lists. In the current Sandbox implementation, it also does not cancel an invitation campaign already queued. A church administrator or pastor should cancel queued campaigns separately in Contacts & Email if sending should stop. Contact us about record access or deletion. Unsubscribe preferences and delivery suppressions remain important after cancellation.
Refunds and returning
For live subscriptions when available, cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically issue a prorated refund for an already paid period. Contact us about duplicate charges, errors, or refund requests. Requests are reviewed individually and applicable legal rights remain unchanged. Existing customers should manage or restore a subscription from their church dashboard rather than create a duplicate church account.
